Webb's Auction House is New Zealand's largest multi-departmental auction house

My Role:

I held a crucial role in establishing systems needed to cope with an intense catalogue production schedule, moving the Webb’s catalogue production from 1 catalogue a quarter to 6, with further growth anticipated for the foreseeable future. I played a key role in streamlining the design process at Webb’s and adopted fundamental management organisation and design skills in the process.
