Leading Insight provides support to public sector organisations in Australia and Internationally via strategy and capability building through to transformation.
​
In 2024 Leading Insight sought to add an extension to their website - a learning platform. One that would target B2C (particularly government sectors) was on demand, cost effective, accessible, credible, and personalised.

Solution/Outcome:

A unique learning platform experience which caters to the three main target segments:

Singular courses - For people who want to quickly up-skill in a particular field

Pre-designed course packages curated by leading professionals in the industry - for users who want to learn from credible industry experts

Build your own - curate your own full bodied course tailored to the users particular needs.

The final product is in the form of a website and will be accessible across other devices to ensure it is accessible to users. The design direction considers the design and branding of Leading Insights current website but has been designed to sit as a separate entity as it is B2C not B2B.
​
The platforms unique point of difference was derived from deep diving into the key research and really paying attention to the fact that users do not want a one size fits all course - they want to be able to curate and tailor their own study experience.
So with that information we designed our product to cater to the three key target segments above to ensure no one is excluded and has a unique inbuilt course design system that allows the user to custom build their own course package in front of them and study at their own pace.​
