My Role:

  • Art directed and co-ordinated all in-house design projects and seasonal shoots, collateral and content creation for print and digital platforms

  • UX/UI design

  • Strategy, design and implimentation of a new brand identity - the new creative played a vital role in growing the brand following with a proven increase in eDM opens, click-through and sales. Improved loyalty sign-ups through improved UX/UI. Social media growth since implementing the new creative.

  • Internal branding for collaborative projects

  • Styling, attending and organising shoots

  • Worked closely with the head of menswear to ensure all creative was cohesive with the ranges

  • Worked with external digital agency 30 Acres to curate marketing content for digital channels

  • UX research through eDM flows, claim rewards, abandon carts, AB testing and paid media seeding.

  • Website management - imagery editing, deep-etching, image selects, model casting - while working meticulously with the E-commerce Manager on marketing planning/calendars to ensure all design reflected and pushed appropriate product.

  • Enhanced customer satisfaction

  • 40% Increase in eDM opens

  • Improved loyalty sign-ups

  • Evident social media growth: 8k - 19k over 12 months

  • Revenue increase via an increase in paid ad click-through

  • Strong evidence to suggest customers and staff found the new creative direction visually more appealing
